My recent trip to Tennessee was beyond wonderful! As the title says, I said yes! I was between Georgia and Tennessee for about a week and saw wonderful attractions. There were a lot of really great things my fiance and I got to see and do together.

See Rock City
Rock City was absolutely beautiful beyond description! The hike was pleasent with lots of great sight seeeing spots. There’s also a lot of rich hisotry behind the gardens, making it an absolutely “must see” type of spot for anyone visiting Tennessee. At the very top of Lookout Mountain, viewers are able to see seven states from an absolutely breaktaking view! From there, you can see Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

We stopped for a snack at the cafe, which is also at the top of Lookout Mountain. The prices are reasonable and the funnel cake is absolutely delicious! There’s also a small fudge factory that’s absolutely worth grabbing a bite from!
The most amazing part of Rock City, however, was the Fairy Caverns trail! In the Fairy Caverns, there are countless statue displays of classic fairytales as you walk the trail. Every display was charming and whimsical, making the whole walk feel absolutley magical! Words can’t describe just how truly wonderful it is to see!
World of Coca-Cola (The Coke Factory)
For any soda lovers in the Atlanta area, this tour is for you! Seeing the Coca-Cola factory was an absolutely fantastic experience! There was lots of history and memorabilia in the first section of the tour. There’s a large room and theater where you get to learn about Coca-Cola’s history and see how the art and advertising market has evolved over the years. After the first room and theater, there’s two floors full of different rooms that display all things coca-cola and soda creation!

A few of my favorite moments during the tour involved taking a picture with the Coca-Cola Polar Bear, tasting sodas from different countries, and seeing the official couch featured on American Idol in 2005!
The Georgia Aquarium
While you’re in Atlanta, don’t just check out the world of Coca-Cola. Check out the biggest aquarium in the U.S, the Georgia Aquarium! My fiance and I originally had plans to see the Tennessee Aquarium instead, until we saw that the GA aquarium was literally across the street from the Coca-Cola factory. We made an entire day out of being in Atlanta, which ended up being an absolutely fantastic time!
The Georgia Aquarium is two floors full of exhibits and fun. Every section is beatifully built with lots of fun and factual displays of the different aquatic species. From penguins, to sharks, to all kinds of fish, this is definitely an attraction worth visiting!
